Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 7777cd ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://7777cd.cam ("Site").

By accessing, browsing, registering on or in any way using the Site or its services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 7777cd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater. Age verification may be required at any point.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are registering only one Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds or winnings held therein.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of 7777cd or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Site, nor has any previous account of yours been suspended or terminated by the Operator for breach of these Terms.

Players from Pakistan are welcome to register, subject to personal compliance with applicable Pakistani law. 7777cd does not claim that online gambling is licensed, authorised or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any provincial authority. Players are solely responsible for assessing the legality of their participation.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate and up to date. You must notify 7777cd promptly if any registered information changes by contacting support at [email protected].

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information you provide, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (e.g., CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.1 KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before the Operator processes any withdrawal request. Players may also be required to complete KYC at registration, on deposit, or at any point the Operator deems necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. KYC documents must be clear, unaltered originals or certified copies.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose or transfer your login details to any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify 7777cd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of account security. Notification should be directed to [email protected]. 7777cd will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your failure to provide timely notification of a security breach.

The Operator strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any transactions completed via your Account before we receive notification of a security breach will be treated as having been authorised by you.

You agree that you will not engage in, attempt or facilitate any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account on the Site, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the Services for any form of money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that facilitates illegal conduct.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other automated means to interact with the Site or place wagers.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, system glitches or any unintended functionality to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-blocking, IP restrictions or any other access controls implemented by the Operator.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting 7777cd's support team and exhausting the Operator's internal dispute process.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC or payment processing.

7.1 Deposits

All deposits are subject to minimum thresholds as published in the cashier section of the Site at the time of deposit. The Operator reserves the right to modify available payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and applicable fees at any time, with notice provided to registered Users where reasonably practicable.

Payment methods available may include, subject to operator configuration and applicable terms, local bank transfers and mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Listing of any payment service name is for contextual reference only; it does not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that such providers permit gambling transactions. Players must independently verify their chosen provider's terms.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) absence of any active fraud investigation or Account review; (c) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (d) compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds published in the cashier.

The Operator targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier. Actual receipt of funds is also subject to the processing times of the User's chosen payment provider, which are outside the Operator's control.

7.3 Currency

The Site is operated with Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as the primary account currency. Where currency conversion is applied, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fee will be displayed before the transaction is confirmed.

All wagers placed on 7777cd are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. Players are responsible for reviewing the relevant rules before placing any bet.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

The Operator reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a wager is placed after an event has commenced and live-betting is not available for that market; (b) a pricing error is identified; (c) a betting limit for the Account or market is exceeded; or (d) suspicious activity is detected.

8.2 Settlement

Markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body or, where the Operator has published specific settlement rules, in accordance with those rules. For cricket markets (including PSL, ICC and bilateral series), settlement will follow the official result declared by the match's relevant governing body. The Operator is not affiliated with or endorsed by PCB, PSL, ICC, or any cricket team.

8.3 Void Bets

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance in full. Void bets do not count toward any wagering requirement unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

8.4 Disputes

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the event's official result being declared. Disputes raised outside this period may not be accepted. The Operator's decision on settlement matters is final, subject only to the internal escalation process described in Clause 16.

Bonuses and promotions offered by 7777cd are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet during bonus play, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are displayed prominently at the point of promotion activation.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• One bonus per player: Where a promotion is designated as a "one per player" offer, eligibility is limited to one Account per individual, household, IP address and payment method.
• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets.
• Maximum bet during bonus: Placing a single bet exceeding the specified maximum bet limit (typically PKR 1,000 or as stated in promotion terms) while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution table is available in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, or wagering requirements not completed within the validity period, will be forfeited automatically.
• Sticky vs non-sticky: Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses cannot themselves be withdrawn; only the net winnings generated from them are eligible for cashout upon completion of wagering requirements.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a specified period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777cd and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Services.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in a fully verified Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, less any amounts legitimately owed to the Operator.

The Operator may suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity is identified on your Account; (c) you are found to be ineligible under Clause 3; or (d) continued operation of your Account would expose the Operator to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any Balance or winnings obtained in connection with the breach, pending investigation.

7777cd reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Operator will provide advance notice to registered Users by email or by prominent notice on the Site, not less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect platform integrity.

Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Nothing in this Clause limits the protections available to consumers under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact 7777cd's support team in the first instance. The Operator will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the User may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the Operator's licensing terms.
